This 12-week program includes a warmup, 45-minute full body workout and a finisher you can do 2-3x a week. The emphasis is on learning excellent technique, targeting weak areas, and building a solid base. You will get stronger and feel more confident lifting.
Weekly Group Coaching Calls
You'll be invited to a weekly group coaching call. Your coach will teach you something new each week about strength training. They will also answer any questions you have about your program or different training principles. This is a great opportunity to learn from others and share your knowledge and experience. Can't make a call? You can listen to the replay at your convenience.

Email your coach with unlimited questions. You can even send in videos of yourself for technical feedback so you won't be left wondering if you're doing an exercise correctly. Your coach is here to help you get fantastic results!
Hi! I'm Freya - your Surge program coach!
Surge is suitable for new lifters and lifters returning to strength training after some time off. It will set you up with a solid base of knowledge, strength, and conditioning for more rigorous programs like Unstoppable.
Surge participants will get stronger and fitter lifting only 2-3x per week and doing 1-2 (optional) cardio sessions.  You will learn excellent lifting technique, and feel more confident after 12 weeks.
